When someone gets as upset as you did with some simple words one has to ask what struck a chord? Do you see me angry? Or cursing or getting all angry? No, not for one second. You may take this personally. I do not. I learned that from Shadow long ago. Never let emotions get the better of you. Control yourself, control what you say and how you say it, and win or lose the match you will be the better person. I take his advice to heart. Your advice though I leave behind.
I gave you pity because Rumpke you have resigned your life to be the mess that it is. You have accepted it and hold no hope for change? I thought Jeville was bad, but you are worse.
You my friend are far far worse. Do not accept things as they are simply because thats how its always been. Just because something is broken doesnt make it ok.
Years ago Shad would say how Glenn would always consult him always try to find a different outlook on life. But Shad was also set in his ways. Time took him. But Shadow was a conundrum. For he may have had some darkness to him, he also loved life in his own ways. He took responsibility and ownership to a level few would ever understand.
But I guess in the end we all want to keep life lit in our hearts. And I will speak of him no more.
Back to you Rumpke. You want to talk about hardcore matches and spew words about how you are what you are and not for me to judge or speak about, since I have clue what its like to be you. Really? How many drug addicts are there in the world? How many alcoholics are there in the world? How many people sitting in the dark saying “No one can understand me”. Thing is Rumpke, you arent alone, you arent different. In fact you are all but different. Everyone feels like you feel, everyone has darkness. You dont have the market cornered when it comes to feeling different, feeling crappy, feeling alone. We are all members of despair. Dont you get that yet?
You have so little empathy, that you cant understand that you are no different than anyone else, yes maybe you have some extremes but so what?
Ive died and come back a dozen times, each time spending some time in my own version of hell. That doesnt make me special, it only makes me damned. Thats it. That is all there is to me. And being damned does not make me special, just unlucky.
There you have it my friends truth as only Twilight can say.
So drag yourself out of your pity party and throw away the drink, sober up, eat, watch some tv and stop being stupid. Time to grow up.
