SFT Presents: Tuesday Night Titans (11/07/2017)

RW: This is very strange, not only because Billy Corgan is heavily involved with TNA but because its not common for Smashing Pumpkins to go anywhere for just one song.

JC: The power of Harold, what a joke!

RW: Hay man like it or not, he’s the boss and if he could convince Billy to be here, who knows maybe one day we’ll have a crossover event with TNA.

JC: Wouldnt that be something, anyway.


The songs ends as all three men approach each other.

RW: This is the first triple threat of the night, there will be a second one later tonight for the IC title.


The ref goes over the rules and the bell rings. Robert starts it off with a lunging forearm on Cyher and a side kick on Ghost.


RW: Robert off to a fast start.


Robert with an elbow drop on the usually quick footed Ghost. As Robert gets up he’s met by a double axe handle to the face of Robert!


JC: That’s better than a shooting up a cup of coffee hahaha.


Cypher wastes no time and picks up Robert and nails him with a brainbuster!


RW: Cypher is trying to end this match before its even begun!


Cypher covers Saints as the ref counts

broken up by Ghost!


JC: Very very close one there.\


Ghost stands up Cypher and jumps up with him and hits an X-Factor! He covers Cypher and now the ref counts

As Ghost is about to get up he’s hit with a diving elbow from Robert, he quickly gets up and Garvin stomps Cypher!


RW: And just like that Robert is back in the game.

RW: Robert quickly gets up and his speed now looks like the speed Ghost showed last week. Its impressive.


Robert with a big boot on Cypher who was approaching slowly. Robert with a Viper Cutter on Cypher!


JC: I think its over now!


Robert covers Cypher as the ref counts

RW: What a save!


Ghost hits Robert with a tequila sunrise as he was trying to get up and climbs the ropes and flies off and hits his Fight Night on Cypher as he quickly covers and the ref counts

JC: And that is it, Ghost wins in what turned out to be a crazy match tonight.

RW: I want to know who this Ghost dude is! He's beginning to scare me!

JC: Everything scares you these days Randy!

RW: Well not so new anymore but yeah! He’s strange!

Jackson makes his way to the ring, to cheers from the crowd.

RW: Jackson Kent is looking really focused this week. I swear his biceps have grown in the last few weeks!

Jamo creeps into the arena from behind the curtain and jumps up into the ring and stares at Jackson Kent.

JC: Creepy…

RW: I’m scared!

The ref calls both men into the centre of the ring and has a quick word with them, the moment he signals for the bell Jamo literally jumps on top of Kent, starts bashing his head and wrestles him to the ground. Jamo continues to hit away at him, but Kent manages to push him off briefly and send him over to the ropes. As Kent manages to catch a breath and bring himself to his feet, Jamo is already launching himself from the ring ropes and connects straight into Jackson Kent’s chest with a thunderous clothesline which sends him flat to the ground. Jamo starts to stomp away at him and after a few moments brings him to his feat and hurls him into the ring rope which sends Kent outside of the ring and crashing to the mat outside.

RW: Ouch!

JC: Oh my!

RW: This guy is a monster I’m telling you!

JC: Amazing start by Jamo for sure!

Jamo is looking around the arena with an estranged grin on his face as the fans look genuinely shocks at the pace of which the match started. Outside of the ring Jackson Kent is starting to stir, which Jamo notices and immediately walks over to the other side of the ring and beckons to him. Jackson Kent looks up and fixates his eyes upon Jam and straight away starts to enter the ring again.

JC: Great strength from Kent, he knows little fear it would seem.

RW: Or he’s just that stupid! Run Jackson Run, this guys a nutter!

Kent enters the ring and straight away Jamo is on top of him. But in a move of technical brilliance Kent digs and elbow into Jamo’s rib cage, breaks away from the hold, swings around and peforma a flawless belly to back suplex which sents Jamo tumbling over to the oppersite corner of the ring!

JC: Wow!

RW: Really!

JC: That’s class, I mean that’s a what I call wrestling…

RW: I’ll give you that!

The crowd are on their feet and Jacksons amazing show of skill. This seems to give him some extra energy as he makes his way over to the corner where Jamo is down on the ground. Now it’s Kent that starts to stomp away as the ground count along with each foot he connects with. JHe brings Jamo to his feet and executes a perfect DDT which connects Jamo’s head with the mat and sends him tumbling into the middle of the ring. Kent walks over and starts over Jamo, who is still has some fight in him. But as he gets to his feet and tries to punch Kent, he simple blocks the punch with ease and retaliates in kind, which sends Jamo back to the ground. Kent goes for the cover and the ref drops to his knees…..

Kent lets go and breaks his own pin. He looks up at the crowd whi are on their feet cheering for a big move!

RW: What’s he doing, why doesn’t he just finish the match off?

JC: I think he’s showboating a little, and can you blame him after those last few moves!

Kent makes his way over to the corner of the ring and climbs up to the top rope. He stands upright and lifts his arm high in the air to the cheering crowd. He then launches himself off the top rope and connects with a perfect and devastating Elbow into Jamo’s chest which leaves him ou of the count…

JC: That’s one hell f a high flying move!

RW: Don’t even bother with the cover, Jamo’s down and out.

Jackson Kent goes for the cover as the ref drops to his knees…

JC: Incredible…

RW: It’s not often you get such a fast pace like that! Amazing.

JC: Ladies and gentleman, despite a mad start by Jamo, Jackson Kent showed real class and technical wrestling skill there to grab what has to go down as an amazing and dominating victory.

RW: With performances like that he’ll match anyone in SFT that’s for sure.

JC: We have more action coming for you after the break, so whatever you do don’t go away….

RW: Jude is ALL business.

JC: He’s determined to take that belt from Twilight!

Longnecks & Rednecks plays over the arena as Travis Deacon Hall and his manager/wife Melissa Sage Hall make their way out to the top of the entrance ramp.

Ring Announcer: Introducing next, weighing in at 235 lbs, from Nashville, Tennessee… TRAVIS DEACON HALL!

The crowd cheers as Travis and Melissa walk down the entrance ramp to the ring. Travis climbs up the steel steps and then holds the top and middle ropes apart so that Melissa can get into the ring.

Inside the ring, Travis and Melissa share a passionate kiss before Melissa exits the ring, all the while Saint Jude stares on looking bored.

JC: Saint Jude doesn’t seem to like the public displays of affection…

RW: Well, we’ve got a battle made in Tennessee with two of the competitors coming from the same state.

JC: Of course, the champ is from… Well, I dunno really. Texas I guess but, well, who knows with this guy!

I Will Be Heard by Hatebreed blasts out across the arena to signify the arrival of the Intercontinental Champion, Twilight. He walks from the back, wearing the belt around his waist, to a mixture of cheers and boos from the crowd.

Ring Announcer: And their opponent, weighing in at 210 lbs, from Dallas, Texas, he is the SFT Intercontinental Champion… TWILIGHT!

Twilight slides into the ring and passes his belt to the referee who holds it up to the crowd as Travis and Saint Jude ready themselves for the match to start.


All three men stand staring at each other as the bell rings. Twilight charges towards Saint Jude who rolls under the bottom rope before he can get to him and shakes his head from the safety outside the ring. Twilight berates Saint Jude but Travis comes from behind and grabs him into a backbreaker which hits hard!


RW: Triple threat matches are so difficult, you’ve got to have eyes in the back of your head!


Travis begins stomping away on Twilight as Saint Jude slowly gets back into the ring. When he notices Saint Jude, Travis turns and the two lock up in a grapple, with Travis getting the advantage of initially, locking Jude into a headlock.


JC: Travis is trying to slow this down and squeeze the life out of Saint Jude!


Travis squeezes on Jude’s head and neck for a few more moments before releasing the headlock and running into the ropes. He looks like he’s going to leap for a high knee but Saint Jude drops to the deck and Travis runs past him… straight into a stiff clothesline from Twilight who’s back on his feet.


RW: Ouch! That looked like it almost look Travis’ head off!

JC: He’s taking a breather in the corner, I don’t blame him, Twilight just knocked the stuffing out of him!


Saint Jude and Twilight start trading blows in the center of the ring, Saint Jude getting a marginal advantage as the larger man. He forces Twilight back into the corner before taking a run up and aiming a splash at Twilight. He connects and runs back to do the same again but this time, Twilight rolls out of the way and catches Saint Jude with a DDT as he comes back off the turnbuckle.


RW: Smart.


Twilight grabs Saint Jude by the hair and picks him up but before he can get a move away, Travis comes charging across the ring and runs into both men, sending all three men through the ropes to the outside.


JC: Damn, that’s not good! We’ve had enough broken tables and count outs – GET BACK IN THE RING!


All three competitors slowly start to get to their feet as the ref begins the count. Twilight props himself up on the ring steps and slowly makes his way back to the ring, looking a little worse for wear.

Travis grabs Saint Jude and rolls him into the ring. Jude looks dazed as he gets to his feet and swings a punch at Travis who easily dodges it and snatches him into a belly to belly suplex. He bounds back to his feet and picks Jude up again, looking for a boot to the stomach this time but his leg is caught by Saint Jude. He swings his standing leg round and connects with an enziguri that looks like it turns out the lights on Saint Jude. Saint Jude is sitting up against the ropes and, while he doesn’t look too conscious, he tries to get back to his feet – straight into a Last Call from Travis!


RC: Wow! That super kick has definitely turned out the lights!


Saint Jude falls back against the ropes but looks totally out of it. Before Travis can try and make a pin, Twilight leaps from the top rope and hits Travis with a dropkick that is a direct hit onto Travis's face. Travis falls to the mat and lays there motionless as Twilight latches onto Saint Jude's arm and slings him so hard that the force sends Twilight to the mat. He watches on as Saint Jude slams into the referee, both men fall to the ground and aren't moving.

Suddenly "Tomorrow" by Ozzy Osbourne hits the PA system. Moments later, Rumpke comes running out. Something shiny is covering his right hand and it's easily noticeable as Rumpke runs down to ringside. He slides in and runs at Twilight with a head of steam. Twilight goes to close line Rumpke but Rumpke is able to dunk it. Rumpke runs to the ropes and catapults himself at Twilight once again. He jumps and hits Twilight with a right handed superman punch that lays him out.


JC: What's this crazy man doing out here? He's not suppose to be here! Randy, is that an iron gauntlet?

RW: Oh my god, it is John!


Rumpke reaches down and pulls Travis on top of Twilight before sliding out of the ring. He quickly hides his gauntlet before waking the ref up. The ref looks at Twilight pinned and begins to count.

WINNER: TRAVIS DEACON-HALL

JC: Bullshit! What the fuck is this drunk doing?!

RW: Whatever he wants! Travis wins the Intercontinental title!! Yes!


Rumpke slides into the ring as Travis gets up. Rumpke nails Travis with a right handed haymaker. The iron guantlet slams into Travis's face. The blow sends Travis down. Rumpke turns to look at a bloody Twilight. Rumpke removes the gauntlet and places it on Twilights chest before leaving the ring.

RW: Rumpke just laid the gauntlet down for Twilight!

Carrion: Ladies and Gentlemen, the challenger for the SFT World Championship. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.. Emerson!

An Emerson chant erupts loudly through the arena before the arena lights suddenly shut off. The screen momentarily goes dark but flickers into light, TV static, as the brooding, Eastern music fulls the arena. The static lasts for 30 seconds while a large black eagle’s silhouette fades into shot. As the lights come back on to the Prophecy by Soulfly, the eagle fades away, replaced by one word.

BALKAN

When the vocals start, Lucas Balkan brushes the curtain aside and walks out onto the ramp with his hood up. He pauses, listening to the crowd before moving further towards the ring. Grainy images of border walls and shadowy men in dark hooded tops, of cigarette smoke and eagle claws, dance on the big screen above him. He climbs in the ring.

Carrion: Here's your SFT World Heavyweight Champion. Lucas Balkan!

A mixture of cheers and boos can be heard as Lucas hands the title over to the ref. The referee holds the title up before handing it to the time keeper who is outside of the ring. Both, Lucas Balkan and Emerson approach the center of the ring. The ref begins talking to Lucas. Moments later, Emerson explodes through Balkan with a close line. Balkan rolls to his knees quickly only to be met with a stiff kick in the face from Emerson.


JC: Emersons wasting no time waiting on the bell here. He's obviously ready to get this started.

RW: I havent seen Emerson like this before.. I like it!


The kick sent Balkan onto his back and then the ref calls to ring the opening bell. Emerson goes to grab Lucas Balkans foot. Balkan kicks Emerson in the face with the other foot. Emerson falls back momentarily and it gave Lucas the time he needed to get back to his feet. Lucas charges at an off balanced Emerson but Emerson dodges Lucas's charging attack with a drop toe hold that slams Balkan's face into the ring. The crowd cheers as Emerson quickly snatches Balkans head up. A headlock is locked on and Lucas grimmaces in pain.


JC: Emerson is off to one heck of a start against the world champ.

RW: Please John.. Shut your trap. Ow!!! what'd you hit me for?

JC: I'm sick of your mouth tonight Randy. Zip it or I'll shut it!


Meanwhile, the ref asks Lucas if he wants to submit. Lucas Balkan steps on Emerson's foot before using the ropes to catapult Emerson off of him. Lucas waits a moment before charging after Emerson. Once Emerson bounces off of the rope, he is met with a close line that sends him flying over the ropes and crashing to the outside. Emerson lays down on the mat outside of the ring grasping his neck.


JC: OUCH!


Lucas graps the ropes and catapults himself over the ring; Emerson rolls out of the way just intime and Balkan slams face first into the mat. Emerson makes it up to one knee, and looks down at Balkan who is grasping at his face. Emerson reaches out and latches onto Lucas's clothes. Emerson attempts to pull Lucas Balkan but Balkan connects with a low blow that is followed by a uppercut that knocks Emerson back a few steps. Emerson quickly latches onto the side of the ring to hold himself up.


RW: Good job Lucas, the referee didn't see that! He's such a crafty guy!

JC: That was fucking cheap Randy.. More importantly, the referee is getting up there in his count. These two better find a way back into the ring before its a double dq..


Lucas swings a punch at Emerson but Emerson's kick found Lucas first. Balkan bends over enough to where Emerson latches onto him and slings Lucas back into the ring. The referee stops counting at nine and the crowd cheers.


JC:That was a close call there with the time.


Emerson is up to his feet first while Lucas is still on his hands and knees. A swift kick to the gut from Emerson causes Lucas Balkan to roll over onto his back. Emerson quickly kicks Lucas Balkan square in the face. The blow sends Lucas's head crashing onto the ring.


JC: Emerson is starting to ramp up quite the offensive!

RW: Get up Lucas!!


Emerson reaches down and grabs Lucas's leg too apply the figure four leg lock. Lucas grimaces strongly as the hold is locked in. The referee asks Lucas if he wants to give. Lucas violently shakes his head no as he does his best to twist and turn away from Emersons grip. Emerson lets out a snarl as he pulls at the joints in Lucas's knee.


JC: Lucas might tap out! We could have a new champion!

RW: Shut it John, you don't know what you're talking about!


After enough twisting and turning. Lucas is able to turn both his and Emerson's body over. the hold is reversed and is obviously putting alot of pain into Emersons joints as he grimmaces painfully before releasing the hold. Lucas is holding his knee as Emerson grabs the ropes. Emerson uses the ropes to pull himself up to his feet before looking at Lucas Balkan who is trying to make it up to his feet while favoring his right knee. Emerson approaches Lucas. Out of nowhere, Lucas Balkan reaches up, grabs Emerson and rolls him up into a pin.

Emerson counters the roll up and ends up pinning Lucas.

WINNER: EMERSON EMBRY

Lucas kicks out after the 3rd count, he holds onto his head in shock while the crowd erupts in cheers and chants for the new World Champion.


JC: Oh my! Emerson did it! He's the new World champion!

RW: That was a fast count!!

JC: No it wasn't! Zip it Randy! Anyways, thank you for joining us ladies and gentlemen on this episode of Titans. Emerson Embry is our new SFT world champion....

RW: I'll say one thing John, it really has been a hell of a night!

JC: After all that has unfolded tonight, be sure to join us next time. Good night to all of you and god bless.


The scene fades to black with Emerson holding the SFT World Title high into the air.
