Well its 3pm on a Wednsday. And I should be working but for some reason I just felt like taking a half day off. No reason, Im not sick, my son is fine, I just didnt feel like doing anything. Anyone ever have those type of days. Where you just dont feel like working or doing anything and you either want to disappear and go watch a few movies at the theater and just disappear for a while, have yourself a lunch with no one but yourself, hell after I am done recording this I may go off to a chinese buffet and just pig out. Why not, life is too short and so what if I eat 8 egg rolls and 5 shrimp plates. Its my 12 bucks.
So last week I lost to Glenn Owen. Oh well, its one loss I really dont mind. How many people get to say they stood toe to toe with Glenn for even a few minutes, I had him on the ropes for a while. Yeah maybe there was no chance in hell of me winning, but I showed, ive always shown up, and maybe that doesnt mean a lot to people but I hope it means something to Glenn and few others that matter.
Lately there seems to be quite a bit of traffic in SFT. Not sure whats going on but hopefully those watchful eyes will stop watching and join in. Life is short my friends, dont let it go by with you just watching. Unless watching is your thing haha.
Anyway this week I get the unenviable task of facing Hakeem Fox and Josh Moriarty. Both of who seem to be ghosts. Everyone wishes they could do more, but wishes are for children, we are men, we either do or do not. There are no wishes, or next week I will try, or one day. We are judged by our work, not our well wishes. So listen up you two. You will drag your sorry asses to the ring next week and get your sorry excuses beaten by me or I swear to God and Jeebus, those last few minutes in the ring will be the longest you two will ever experience.
I am no Superman but I keep my word, that you can take to the bank.
