I am a prophet who makes no profit.
I am a villain without any enemies.
I am homeless yet I have a home.
I am hungry but my stomach is full.
I am a saint, and yet a sinner.
I am Saint Jude. Pleased to meet you, can you guess my name?
There are places in this world which hide in plain sight. There are people in this world who hide in plain sight. There are eyes on this world even from the darkness of it all. Are you ready.
Tick tock, I think I heard a clock.
One of the last things he ever said to me. And it has stayed with me so long. Tick Tock, I think I hear a clock. What it a methaphor? A message he was trying to convey, how time was coming to an end for him, for me, for us all? Or was he just losing comprehension, was it just some madness talking in his last day? I dont know, I will never know. And yet I think it was his way of telling me, time stands till for no one, he used to say he was eternal but it was jst him being him. Talking in dark rhymes that few could understand and even fewer could relate to.
The scene is an old abandoned clock factory, the smell of something fills the air, it is later that he finally realizes the smell was that of mercury. It was used a lot in wrist watches. When I was young my father used to love to open up wrist watches. He loved to see the old ones work, he would wind them and watch the gears kick in. Watch the parts move and roll. He would smile. His eyes wide through his spectacles. He said that nothing was better than a watch that ran perfectly. Because in the end son, all we have is time. And how right he was. My friend used to say in time we are born and in time we will die. And I am 40 years old already, and I am starting to see my mortality, I have never been married, probably never will marry, I have no children. I am nothing, will be nothing, and when I die who will mourn me? Not a soul I think, most wont even know I have passed, and that makes me sad.
I am starting to think that maybe I am in the twilight of my career and my life. And I would suppose there is no better way to finish something up than to face a man called Twilight. Karma my friend has a sense of humor. And while you may be reincarnated every 40-50 years, I would hope that I would not be so lucky. Life is too hard to go through this again. Once is enough, count me out, put me on the bench and let me ride out eternity resting. I am done with the game called life. But apparently not yet done with SFT. Not done by a long shot it would seem.
One day a man tried to silence the one called Harold, he had no right, had no power and those who had power just stood there like a mute moron and let it happen. With friends like that who needs enemies right? But alas screw them. Life is too short to worry about morons with no backbones or loyalty.
But that isnt the case with you is it Twilight, you are a soldier, and loyal to the T. Not Big T, haha that man sold his loyalty for three magic beans. But Twilight you and I come from a different time, from camelot, but the problem is our king arthur has passed away and we are left with no king to serve and no kingdom to protect. But we can ressurect camelot if we try, will you help me Twilight? To do so we must face each other.
I am no prophet, I am no king, I am but a servant of the kingdom.
