Look, if you guys just wanted to give me the shot at the world title, all you had to do was say it. You didn't have to go through all the rigmarole of booking me in a match against a farce of an opponent. I know, I know. You have to fill out the card to pad the show time and give the fans their money's worth. Plus, I guess you wanna try to give all the talent a pay day. Though I use the term "talent" very loosely when I refer to my latest victim. I would say facing Mr. Not-so-Amazing will be just another day at the office, but that's an insult to the office. This isn't gonna be work.
Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. If that's the case, I haven't worked a single day in my adult life. I basically broke into the wrestling game right out of high school and twenty plus long years later, I'm still here. I've honed my craft and skill, and still keep finding ways to improve. I still have the same drive to win… for the most part. And what I consider the most important thing; I've honed my sense of seeing the potential for talent in a wrestler.
Mr. Amazing doesn't have that potential in my opinion. He is nothing but cannon fodder. He may have been lucky enough to win the I.C. title recently, but he lost it the very next week. Yes, I know the same happened to me with the Hardcore title. But unlike Amazing, who had an extremely rare win to get the Intercontinental title; I had my only loss since coming back to SFT to lose the Hardcore title. I've won every other match while Amazong has lost every other of his matches.
Which is why I don't how he's in this match against me. We are not the same. We aren't even comparable. He calls himself amazing. While others call ME amazing. I don't need to name myself with monikers. My actions do that for me. And after I add another loss to Mr. Failing hard to live up to his name, I'm gunning for the World Champion. And finally, since facing Deacon Hall, I might find a decent challenge. Hopefully, because I'm tired of playing on Easy mode. Or in Amazing' case, playing on basic beginner mode.
