The lights dim and the crowd goes loud. From the stage we see the band Corrorsion of Conformity, they sing Albatross.
RW: An oldie but goodie.
They finish their song and exit.
JC: Hello everyone and welcome to Tuesday Night Titans. I am your host John Cartwright and with me as always is Randy White.
RW: Tonight we have a #1 contenders match and also the world title is on the line.
JC: Our first match of the night is about to start.
Rumpke vs. Jack Jones (standard match)
In time by Mark Collie hits as Jack Jones makes his way out to the ring. Everyone is on their feet making a circle with their hands.
RW: Jack continues to mature and has lifted his game from when he first started.
Jack gets in the ring and waits for Rumpke.
JC; Lets see what Rumpke has left in the tank.
Rumpke’s music hits but he does not come out.
RW: uh oh.
Rumpke’s music hits again and he still does not come. After several seconds the ref calls for the bell.
Winner: Jack Jones via no show.
JC: Our next match will win a shot at the HC title.
Twilight vs. Emerson (#1 to HC title)
Green Day hits as Twilight goes to the ring, and again the fans greet him with making circles with their hands.
RW: fans showing respect to the past.
Twilight gets in the ring and waits. Soon Kryptonite hits and Emerson makes his way out to the ring to a huge pop from the crowd.
JC: The fans love this guy.
Emerson gets in the ring. They stand toe to toe and the bell sounds off.
RW: Here we go.
Emerson starts it off with a swining side kick knocking Twilight to the mat. Emerson with a bulldog as Twilight was trying to get up. Emerson with the cover the ref counts 1……..2……..kickout!
JC: very close!
Em gets up and so does Twilight. Twilight with a clothesline then a ddt!
RW: nice
Twilight stands Emerson up and hits a piledriver!
JC: ohhhh I think that might be it.
Twilight covers Emerson, the ref counts 1………...2……….3!
Winner: Twilight via pinfall.
RW: So its time for the main event.
JC: World title on the line.
Slayer hits as Louis Cypher makes his way out to the ring to nothing but boos and jeers.
RW: Well fans are making their emotions felt.
Louis just seems to eat it up and loves all the boos. Louis gets in the ring as trash flies into the ring.
The crowd settles down.
Rockhouse by Frank Shelley plays over the arena as Travis Deacon Hall makes his way out to the ring followed by his wife Melissa Hall. And they are met by boos and cheers.
Melissa exits the ring and Travis approaches the center of the ring. The ref goes over the rules and the bell sounds off.
RW: Here we go.
Travis starts off the match with an uppercut followed by a dropkick. Louis gets up smiling.
JC: I guess he wasnt fazed by the kick.
Travis clotheslines him then hits a DDT as Cypher was trying to get up.
RW: I don’t think he’s smiling anymore.
Travis with the pin 1………….2……………..kickout!
JC: close but no go!
As Travis is getting up, Louis gets up quickly and rolls him up into a small package, he’s got a stranglehold on Travis’s tights, but the ref doesn’t see it, 1…………...2………………….3!
RW: we have a new world champion!
Travis is arguing with the ref, but Cypher grabs the world title and high tails it out of there before anything more can happen.
JC: Cypher got away with one.
RW: A big one.
The show fades as fans are seen throwing more trash at the ref.
