We see Twilight sitting outside his home just reading a book. Its late afternoon and its a very nice cool day. Not hot, not quite cold just nice. Almost sweater weather. He places his bookmark in the spot he is in and closes the book with authority.
Twilight: So its finally my time again. I was beginning to think Harold had forgotten I was still an active roster member. Everyone seems preoccupied with the world title holder that I thought I had been forgotten. But here I am again, ready for my next match and it turns out to be none other than James Flame. James I remember you, mostly from old matches I used to watch on TV and from stories from my stepfather Shadow and Harold and a few others. Shadow spoke very highly of you. He called you an old friend, and Harold was estatic when you returned home to SFT. But since you’ve been back you have been very inconsistent. You’ve had a handful of matches and yet have done very little to nothing. Most times you no show. So I have to ask is it that you are too old? Or have you forgotten how to wrestle? Or has time caught up with you and you can no longer keep up with this new generation? Or is that you no longer care? James you are making yourself look bad. And some are wondering if the good ole days and the legends were never that good to begin with?
Twilight stands up and puts his book on a small table.
Twilight: I don’t really know what to make of it, or of you. I hear stories, I know the stories, but in 2021 it just doesn’t seem to be the way it used to be. Its probably not the same for you either I supposed? But I am a pro, and so are you. Time to act like one. You get me? I’ve lived many lifetimes and I know what its like to miss the past. To remember how it used to be and miss how you were, miss the friends and family that were once with you. Shadow passed away, but his legacy, his home is still here. Don’t let that be for not. I guess that’s it for now.
