The lights dim over the arena as the fans get loud and louder. We see the figures of JC and RW already at their spots. From the stage far right we see a band come out. It is Iron Maiden.
The fans erupt as they play Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
RW: SFT must be doing pretty well to get Iron Maiden to play here for just one song.
JC: Yea and I heard they are releasing a new album pretty soon.
The song ends and they exit and RW and JC wait for the crowd to settle down.
RW: Welcome everyone to Tuesday Night Titans. And I am your lovable host Randy White and with me as always is John Cartwright.
JC: Thats right and we have yet another exciting evening tonight.
RW: The world title is on the line and we will have a number one contenders match for the world title and we will see Rumpke back in action after a long hiatus.
JC: That is right, a lot of great matches coming up.
James Flame vs. Twiight vs Rumpke(triple threat match)
(commercial break)
When we return from break all three men are already in the ring.
RW: I wonder if that is the same James Flame from the old SFW days?
JC: It kind of looks like him but much older. Its been so long since his days I am not 100 percent sure.
RW: Yeah neither am I. We were around back then but its just been so long, like over 10 years for sure.
JC: He hasnt come out to let us know so we’re just left wondering.
The bell sounds off and Twilight starts it off with a chest chop on Rumpke and a knee to James. James comes right back with an uppercut on Twilight and a kick to Rumpke. James with an elbow on Twilight and as he turns towards Rumpke. Rumpke with a shoulder block on James. Twilight now advances and Rumpke nails him him with a shoulder block.
RW: a lot of back and forth action now from all three men.
James is on his feet and lifts a boot as Rumpke rushes him, catching him right in the face!
JC: Ouch
James is about to go for a cover on Rumpke but Twilight catches him with a bulldog!
RW: Nice!
Twilight with a cover on James, the ref counts 1………..2……..broken up by Rumpke at the last moment!
Twilight and Rumpke exchange fists then Rumpke with a kick to the gut then a DDT!
JC: Whoa!
Rumpke gets up but does not cover Twilight.
RW: What’s he doing?
JC: going after a legend
Rumpke heads over to James and picks him up and does a powerbomb!
RW: That’ll clear up the cobwebs!
Rumpke covers James, the ref counts 1……..2………..3!
Twilight almost broke up the pin but not in time!
Winner: Rumpke via pinfall
JC: ok our next match brings two men who are no strangers to each other.
RW: Both are kinda heels, I wonder who the fans will root for in this match?
JC: Your guess is as good as mine.
Louis Cypher vs. Travis Deacon Hall (#1 to world title)
South of Heaven hits as Louis makes his way down to the ring, but before he gets there a man in a lucha mask jumps the rail and attacks Cypher!
RW: Who the heck is that?
JC: I have no clue.
The masked man begins to pummel Cypher with double axe handles and steel chairs as the fans cheer him on. The masked man flings Cypher into the ring and he gets in there as well. He takes off his mask to reveal himself, it is Travis Deacon Hall.
RW: Its Travis, its Travis!
JC: I have eyes too.
Travis keeps punching away as the fans keep cheering him on. Finally Cypher starts to fight back with a few uppercuts and chops to the chest. Cypher rakes the eyes as momentum starts to change.
RW: uh oh, here comes Cypher!
Cypher with an Xfactor on Travis then goes for the cover, the ref counts 1………….2…………..kick out.
JC: you don’t see that move too often nowadays.
Cypher cant believe it as he tries to lock in a figure 4 leg lock and he does!
RW: Travis is in real trouble right now.
Cypher and Travis are near the center of the ring and Travis is in so much pain.
JC: How long can Travis hold on?
But right as that is said Travis starts to inch his way towards the rope, each drag of the leg seems like an eternity and you can see how much pain Travis is in.
RW: If he doesnt get to the ropes soon, he might be too injured from his legs to continue the ref will have to call the match.
But ever so slowly Travis weaves his way towards the ropes and just as it seems he wont be able to get there, the last push gets it and he grabs on for dear life as the ref makes Cypher break the hold.
JC: Incredible.
Cypher gets up a bit winded and slowly so does Travis. Cypher rushes at Travis but Travis sort of leap frogs him with one leg and Cypher bounces off the ropes and Travis catches him in stride off the bounce back into a school boy roll up!
RW: What the?!
The ref counts 1……..2………..3! Cypher kicks out a moment to late!
RW: noooooooooo
Winner: Travis Deacon via pinfall
In time hits as Jack Jones makes his way to the ring, to a nice pop from the crowd. Jack gets in and waits as Kryptonite hits and the fans erupt.
RW: Well not only is he the people’s champion but he is also world champion.
Jack Jones vs. Emerson Embry (world title match)
Both men are in the ring as the ref goes over the rules and the bell sounds off.
Jack starts it off by offering a handshake. Which Emerson accepts. They do a test of strength which Jack wins and turns it into a headlock which Emerson slips out of and pushes Jack into the ropes and catches him on the snapback with a small package using Jack’s own momentum. He gets a 2 count before Jack kicks out of it.
RW: Close
JC: But not close enough.
Jack gets up quickly and hits Em with a bionic elbow followed by an atomic drop which sends Em bouncing outside the ring!
Emerson composes himself and jumps back in the ring and catches Jack with a drop kick. Emerson now with quick DDT! He covers Jack again and the ref goes 1………...2….kickout!
RW: Another close one
Jack gets up and so does Em and Jack hits a superkick!
JC: Whoa!
Jack covers Emerson and the ref goes 1………….2………..kickout!
RW; Jack almost had it.
JC: I almost won the lottery I was one number away. Almost is not good enough.
RW: That means you hit 5 numbers? You must of won at least a few grand.
JC: Like I said, almost is not good enough.
RW: It is to me, you’re buying dinner after the show buddy.
Jack climbs the to the top turnbuckle and flies off with a frogsplash!
But at the last moment Em lifts up his knees and catches Jack right in the ribs!
JC: oh no!
Emerson now visibly drained turns over Jack and drapes an arm over him and the ref counts 1……...2………….3!
RW: That is it
Winner: Emerson via pinfall.
RW: Well folks thats it for tonight, hope you enjoyed.
JC: See you in two weeks, goodnight and godbless.
RW: Stay safe
