SFT TUESDAY NIGHT TITANS 104
Live from the Hohokam Stadium, Mesa, AZ
RINGSIDE
Randy White: Whoa!
John Cartwright: Big time whoa. With all the drama surrounding him now I really didnt think we’d ever see him on a stage again.
Randy White: I guess Harold is sending out a message, bad things do happen.
Manson plays his Beautiful people and the fans don't seem to mind him singing at all, they are all enjoying the song.
John Cartwright: Alright, first match of the night...
TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Hera, Jamo, and Robert Saints are all already in the ring. The bell sounds off and we are off.
*DING DING DING*
Randy White: Hera was impressive in her first win here in SFT.
Robert starts it off with a running clothesline on Hera that makes her tumble out of the ring! Robert waits as Hera is getting up he baseball slides out of the ring catching her right in the kisser!
John Cartwright: Nice, nice, but no manners for the ladies? Haha!
Randy White: Funny...
Hera gets up quickly and knees Robert right in the stomach but from the ring we see Jamo fly through the air and just cross body blocks them both!
John Cartwright: I love the smell of napalm in the morning?
Randy White: Its 9pm
John Cartwright: Nevermind you.
All three slow to get to their feet and the ref has started his count. They begin brawling with each other not caring what the count is from the ref. After what is just pure chaos and madness, the ref calls for the bell and counts them all out.
*DING DING DING*
Randy White: Well, that was quite the event...
John Cartwright: Let's move on!
RESULT: NO CONTEST
TAG TEAM MATCH
The lights dim as "Kryptonite" by Three Doors Down begins playing through the arena. Blue strobe lights begin flashing throughout the whole arena. Moments later, the "Ghetto Superman" Emerson explodes out from behind the curtain and the crowd erupts with cheers!
Ring Announcer: Making his way to the ring, from Gnome, Alaska, weighing in at 275 pounds, he is the SFT Intercontinental Champion... EMERSON EMBRY!
John Cartwright: Fans love him, the roster respects him no matter who it is, and you can't help but root for the guy.
Randy White: The fans aren't quite so keen on his partner tonight...
Cypher’s song, South of Heaven, hits and he makes his way avoiding any touches or camera shots from any fans.
Ring Announcer: Making his way to the ring, from New Orleans and weighing in at 216 pounds... LOUIS CYPHER!
"Vengeance" by ICW Anthology hits in the PA system as the lights in the arena turn red as Candace comes out from behind the curtain, with Jack Jones close behind. Candace removes her hijab - headscarf - and poses at the top of the ramp with her title belt.
Ring Announcer: Making their way to the ring, at a combined weight of 348 pounds, the SFT World Champion... CANDACE and her partner... JACK JONES!
Candace stares at the fans as she approaches the ring but ignores their high-five attempts while Jack smiles to some of them but ignores the rest. She reaches the right turnbuckle near the time-keeper's area and poses with her SFT World Championship belt to the fans receiving a mixed reaction from the crowd as Jack poses beside her.
*DING DING DING*
The bell sounds to start the match, and it looks like Jack Jones and Louis Cypher are going to start things off for their respective teams. The fans in attendance are firmly in the corner of Jones – maybe not so much Candace - and the cheers reflect that. This seems to infuriate Cypher, who rushes at his opponent! The two exchange punches as Jack Jones catches Cypher in the gut with a knee and whips him into the ropes! Cypher tries for a running crossbody, Jack sidesteps and drop kicks him in the side of the face. Jack lifts his arms high overhead before casually kicking Cypher in the head, and slyly waving at Embry, which he does not like at all! Cypher takes Jack to the mat with a single leg, and begins raining down punches, Jack manages to roll it over and land punches, but it is followed by Cypher doing the same. Jack does it once more until they land in the ropes and the referee separates them.
Randy White: A fast start!
Cypher gets to his feet first, lunging forward with a clothesline attempt, which Jack ducks under with ease. A back elbow catches Louis flush in the face, before Jones goes South with a knee to the gut and a snap suplex! Cypher gets right back up, but he wanders into a scoop slam this time. Again, Cypher gets back to his feet, but Jack isn’t letting up at all. A series of palm strikes force Louis back into a corner as he struggles to cover up. An Irish whip ensues, and Jack follows his opponent across the ring with a running clothesline! Jack brings Louis out of the corner with a standing wrist lock applied. He wrenches it once for good measure, before Cypher has an idea to escape the hold; he rolls forward, and a second time before standing back up to counter the wrist lock– only to get snuffed out with a stiff forearm shot to the face from Jack Jones. He follows up with some palm strikes to the chest, forcing Cypher back a few steps, and a superkick sends him out through the ropes and onto the apron!
Jones takes a moment to play to the crowd, getting them further on his side as he runs against the far ropes for momentum, coming back with… He gets cut off as Cypher dives in with a slingshot cutter to spike Jones head first into the canvas! Louis drags his opponent across and makes the tag out to Emerson. The two take a moment to double team Jack, stomping on him as he’s prone on the mat, before Louis is forced to leave the ring. Emerson goes for the early cover, but only gets a one count before Jack throws the shoulder up.
John Cartwright: Not yet!
Embry stays on his opponent though, locking in a rear chinlock -- and Candace doesn’t like that whatsoever. And neither does Jack Jones, who manages to stand back up and force a break with some elbows to the gut and a back suplex! Both competitors scramble to get back to their feet as Emerson leaps up with a dropkick-- only to get swatted away in midair, and sent crashing ass first to the mat! Embry howls in pain as Jack takes a run up and delivers a vicious soccer kick to the spine! The crowd cheers again as he brings him back to feet and slams him head first into the top turnbuckle.
Jack Jones brings Emerson out of the corner, hitting an atomic drop on him. Embry staggers away, holding his backside as he grimaces in pain. Behind him, however, Jones is measuring him up, waiting for him to turn around as he charges in with a clothesline attempt– NO! He ducks under the arm and Jones keeps running against the ropes, only to get caught with a knee to the back from Louis Cypher! He staggers away clutching his lower back, right into a snap mare from Embry.
Randy White: Emerson isn’t playing tonight!
Emerson turns his attention back to Jack Jones, taking him to the corner for a ten punch combo, before going for an Irish whip. He sends Jones from pillar to post and follows him in with a monkey flip-- but Jack lands on his feet! The crowd pop in delight, and again as he catches the oncoming Embry with a couple of arm drags and a German suplex to fold him up like an accordion! And now the pressure is on for Jack to make the tag out, which he does! And in comes champion!
John Cartwright: Now business will pick up!
Candace immediately tries to bully Emerson Embry. Frustrated, Emerson throws out a clothesline that Candace ducks. Candace returns with one in kind and almost knocks Embry out of his boots. She hits the ropes and drops a knee on Emerson’s head. Then another and another and another! The official rushes in and tells Candace to back off while he checks on the downed Emerson. Candace shoves the official off and lays a few stomps to the head of Embry. Emerson groans, and Candace shouts that he looks fine. The official again gets between Candace and Emerson, and this time she complies by walking away and tagging Jones back in.
He goes for the cover, but only gets a two count before bringing Emerson back to his feet. He moves him to the corner, firing off some chops to the chest before making the tag out to Candace. She stomps at the midsection of her opponent, wearing Emerson down, but she quickly tags out again. Jack lands a couple of forearm shots, bringing Emerson out of the corner-- and he fires a forearm shot off, right into the face of Jones! He begins trading forearms with Embry, going back and forth until JACK ducks an errant shot.
Jack then grabs him by the wrist and goes for a dragon screw! Emerson ducks out and catches Jack with a drop toe hold! Double hook DDT out of nowhere!
1...
2...
NO!
Randy White: So close!
Jack kicks out in the nick of time, and both competitors scramble to their feet. Jones gets there first, and he nails a superkick to the ribs before snap suplexing Emerson into the turnbuckles! Embry pulls himself up before taking a shotgun dropkick to the ribs crumpling him down again, and putting him into the perfect position for Jones to take advantage!
If only Louis Cypher didn’t rush the ring to blindside Jack Jones! A forearm strike to the back of the head catches Jones by surprise before the referee can intervene; he’s trying to eject Cypher when Candace storms the ring-- the tension between the two after their recent matches still bubbling away under the surface! The two are trading shots as, among the legal competitors, Jones has his opponent backed into the corner, his arms stretched out to either side, as Jack unleashes a series of chops to the chest. Each one stinging a bit more than the last, and the pain is evident for all to see on Emerson’s face, even as he’s sent from pillar to post with an Irish whip. Jones follows him in– only to see Embry float over the top of his charging opponent! Jones tries to slam on the brakes, but he can’t stop himself from hitting the turnbuckle before he staggers backwards, right into the waiting arms of Emerson Embry and a spiked piledriver!
John Cartwright: This has to be it!
Before he can do anything though, Candace storms the ring and makes a beeline for Emerson. Only to be cut off by Louis Cypher. A Yakuza kick from Jack knocks Cypher down, who tags Candace before throwing Cypher through the ropes and off the apron with a forearm smash!
Randy White: The referee losing control of the contest again.
Jack hits the far ropes for momentum, coming back with a dive that takes out Cypher on the outside as, inside the ring, Emerson goes to grab Candace but NO! She grabs him by the arm and brings him down to the canvas, locking in the figure four leg lock!
This could be it! Emerson has nowhere to go. The hold is locked in, and Candace isn’t letting go until he taps…
...and he does! Emerson Embry taps out to the champion!
*DING DING DING*
As soon as the bell rings, Jack Jones grabs Candace’s SFT World Title Belt and slides back into the ring to hand it to her. Candace holds the belt up and glares at the crowd as Emerson starts to get back to his feet in the corner and a pissed off Louis Cypher starts to make his way back into the ring.
WINNER BY SUBMISSION: CANDACE AND JACK JONES
John Cartwright: Well, that was some match… It’s about all we have time…
Suddenly, Billy by 6ix9ine blares out across the arena as Reno Destiny comes charging out from the back, sprinting to the ring!
Randy White: WHAT?!
The crowd goes wild for the SFT hall of famer! As Reno slides into the ring, Candace and Jack scramble out under the ropes and dash up the ramp.
John Cartwright: The champ and Jack want nothing to do with Reno here!
Reno glares at both of them before turning to Emerson and Louis Cypher in the ring. Emerson comes to shake hands with the multi-time champion but is met with a superkick!
Randy White: FATE!
A visibly winded Louis Cypher tries to attack him from behind but Reno ducks under his strike and superkicks him too! Reno walks over to the edge of the ring and stares straight at Candace as the show fades to black.
That's All Folks!
