SFT TUESDAY NIGHT TITANS 97
Live from the Oakland Coliseum Arena, Oakland
"High Voltage" by ACDC begins playing moments before Tuesday Night Titans episode 97 officially opens up. We're shown an arial view of the "Oakland Coliseum Arena" during the evening.
Many fireworks begin to go off as there's still fans trying to quickly get inside the building as the opening segment of Tuesday Night Titans begins.
Moments later, the camera cuts to a view of commentators Randy White and John Cartright who have just now sat at their respective seats in anticipation for the beginning of the show.
Randy White: Welcome Ladies and Gentleman to Tuesday Night Titans.
Randy pauses for a moment.
Randy White: First off, it's unfortunate that our revered leader, Joseph Black, isn't in the back overseeing the show. He has had to take off due to personal reasons but should be back in time for Titans 98! Until then, we wish him well on whatever current endeavor that could actually pry him away from the place that he's continued to oversee for many of years.
John Cartright: Uh, Randy, come to think of it... Who is managing the show?
Seconds later the camera cuts to a different room in the back. Where we see the "SFT President", "Rumpke" who already appears to be hard at work with a bottle of Crown Royal in his hand. There's a mixed reaction from the fans in the arena who are watching this camera feed. The next thing we hear is Randy White saying...
Randy White: Oh shit...
Rumpke's currently sitting in a nice dark leather chair which is placed behind a large fancy desk that's stained with an immaculate darker red shade. The addict leans back just before he casually lifts his dirt crusted boots up and lays them of this nice desk. Upon connecting with the desk, dried dirt clumps fall off of the boots and lands on the fancy desk.
Randy White: Titans 97 is going to be chaos if the drunk is running it...
Seconds later, we see Harold sneak in behind a completely reclined Rumpke. He gets right up to Rumpke's ear before he yells, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?! Rumpke jumps up out of his reclined position and falls on his ass. Harold laughs as an embarrassed drunk gets back up to his feet.
Rumpke: Why Harold?...
Harold: It seemed like the thing to do?
Harold shrugs before he chuckles a bit more.
Harold: I'm sure the crowd got a kick out of you looking like an idiot.
Rumpke: I'd think they'd be used to that by now...
Harold: Perhaps but I didn't say it, you did... Anyways, what are you doing?
Rumpke: Overseeing Titans this week?
Harold: Really? Looking at the dirt clumps on Joseph's desk, I'd say that you're making a mess.
Rumpke: I, uh... I'll clean it up when I'm done. Don't you have something to do? I hear there's a bunch of fresh hot cheetos at the stands!
Harold: Now, I've got something to do, try to not screw the show up... Cya!
Harold quickly exits the office using the same backdoor that he used to get in. Rumpke looks at the dirt clumps and shakes his head as the scene cuts back to the commentators table.
MATCH RESULT: NO CONTEST
Randy White: Well there you go, all the new guys in one match next week, those who step up get a contract, those who don’t well they go back to the indies.
Striketron shows two men standing side by side and it revealed to be Chris and Brandon. Chris speaks saying “I’m home, home sweet motherf*ckin’ home!” Then Brandon speaks “We’re back, back for ICW and the exclusive club.”
Chris speaks again “Bitch please, tired of your old shit!” The lights synced with the music, Chris showed up wearing a bulletproof vest, long black pants, combat boots and black gloves. Walks down the ramp taunting bullet club then fist bump the fans for love, slides in the ring then spreads arm wide then taunt bullet club.
Am I Evil by Metallica hits and Cypher makes his way through the curtain and down the ramp while avoiding any touches or camera shots from any fans, he does not like the fans... Cypher then slides into the ring and immediately charges at Chris. Before Chris even realizes what's happened, Louis hit's him with his cane and the bloody thing shatters from the force of the blow.
Randy White: Cypher's asking for a disqualification!!!
John Cartright: The bell hasn't rang yet, you know that what he's done is technically still legal!
Meanwhile in the ring, the referee has gotten in between Chris and Louis Cypher. He gets Cypher to back up for a moment before he proceeds in checking on the big man who has now been cut open. Blood is pouring all over his face as Chris shows signs of confusion as Cypher coldly stares and analyzes Chris as he slowly gets back up to his feet.
Randy White: That cheap shot sure did take a lot out of Chris. He's already dazed...
John Cartwright: You would be dazed also if you lost as much blood as he has.
We see Chris nod in response to a question that was asked. At this point we can assume that question was if Chris could go on in this match because after his nod, the referee calls for the opening bell. Chris stumbles forward and tries to grab Cypher but the cold enigma cuts the big man's legs out from underneath him. Cypher then quickly stomps Chris square in the face before hastily moving to and jumping on the top turnbuckle. Cypher then takes a huge leap and comes falling down right on top of Chris in the form of a top rope headbutt! Cypher goes for the pin.

Jack Jones vs Brandon

“Bitch please, tired of your old shit!” The lights synced with the music, Brandon showed up wearing black jacket, long black tights with “The Club” logo on both side, black knee pads, black combat boots and black baseball gloves. Walks down the ramp taunting bullet club then fist bump the fans for love, slides in the ring then spreads arm wide then taunt bullet club.
Randy White: Hopefully Brandon can have a better showing than Andrew and Chris has had. He's very strong and a good technician but he's going up against a crafty veteran in Jack Jones.
"Friends in low places" by Garth Brooks hits and Jack Jones comes to the ring with black jeans and a white tshirt with a black circle on it. He slides into the ring and looks at his opponent, Brandon while the referee goes over the rules to both men.
Randy White: Good ole Jack Jones! I can't wait to see him in action. Jack is one of my favorite superstars!
Once the referee is finished, the opening bell rings. Both men hook up and seconds later, Brandon shows his power by throwing Jack Jones onto the mat. Brandon flexes his muscles at the smaller Jack Jones while he's getting back up to his feet. Jack dusts himself off and then goes right back at the powerhouse Brandon. Both men lock up once again and right as Brandon goes to throw Jack, the crafty veteran uses the larger man's momentum against him by getting around to his back. Seconds later Jack sends Brandon to the mat with a german suplex but Jack doesn't release the hold; instead, he pulls both himself and Brandon back up to their feet again before sending the bruiser back to the mat with another german suplex. This time, Jack bridges into a pin.
Randy White: What a move!

Jack and Brandon get up at about the same time. Brandon is able to strike first by kicking Jack Jones in the gut before he grab's Jack by the head and ddt's his face into the mat. Suddenly the cheer of the crowd distracts Emerson who then quickly turns around to see that John sneakingly entered the ring through the crowd from the timekeepers area.
Randy White: HEY! HEY! HEY!
John quickly runs for the spear but Emerson leapfrogs to avoid the finisher. John hits the rope and comes back with a short-arm clothesline but this time Emerson ducks as John falls flat on his face. But he somehow manages to hold onto the ropes. Emerson grabs him by his hair and goes for the spinning DDT but John counters the move and locks him into his own German Suplex and connects.
John Cartright: WHOA!!.. What a counter..
Randy White: Look at this, how did he do that?
Emerson Embry with all the technique counters the German Suplex by backflipping his body. John turns around but to only receive a knee to his face. Randy White: Up next, I believe we have a message from SFT World Champion Lucas Balkan.
John Cartright: At the end of Titans 96 we saw Lucas Balkan heading to speak to Joseph Black with the rest of the Flock.
Randy White: It'll be good to know what they were looking for...
The arena lights cut suddenly. The screen momentarily goes dark but flickers into light, TV static, as the brooding, Eastern music fulls the arena. The static lasts for 30 seconds while a large black two headed eagle’s silhouette fades into shot. As the lights come back on to the Prophecy by Soulfly, the eagle fades away, replaced by one word.
BALKAN
When the vocals start, Lucas Balkan brushes the curtain aside and walks out onto the ramp with his hood up. He pauses, listening to the crowd as the rest of the Flock join him on the ramp before all moving further towards the ring. Grainy images of border walls, protests and men in dark hooded tops, of cigarette smoke and eagle claws, dance on the big screen above them before fading into one image.
Lucas walks slowly to the ring, slides under the bottom rope and stares blankly into the crowd. The rest of the Flock members circle the ring and then get in alongside him. Asriel Buzzard takes a microphone from ringside and passes it to Lucas Balkan when he gets into the ring.
Lucas Balkan: Now, I'm sure that you're all wondering what on earth could the Flock want from Joseph Black? Why did they choose to go straight to talk to him after the main event of Titans 96?
John Cartright: Well, yes we are...
Lucas glares at the crowd and at the commentary desk.
Lucas Balkan: You see, we have made a lot of promises and claims since we burst onto the scene here. We have talked a big game and we have almost always backed that up. In fact, I'd say that we always have...
Lucas holds up his World Title belt and Candace holds up the Intercontinental Title belt.
Lucas Balkan: But you see, this isn't just about us. We are pushing for change and trying to push this roster to change.
Lucas pauses for a second then smiles wryly.
Lucas Balkan: What do we want? Well, we have all the gold, more or less. So, it's not that, although I'm sure we'd enjoy taking that hardcore title off the new champion...
All the members of the Flock smirk at the mention of Jay Impact.
Lucas Balkan: No, what we want is competition. We want challenged and we want to challenge you all. So, last week, we went and spoke to Joseph Black and we convinced him to do something that we have not seen done here before...
The crowd are completely silent waiting for the news to be announced...
Lucas Balkan: At Titans 99, my SFT World Title will be on the line in the first Gold Rush gauntlet match. This will be open to anyone on the SFT roster who wants to challenge for it, one by one, two people in the ring at a time, last man... or woman... standing will be the SFT World Champion. If this match takes the whole show, if it takes all night, then so... fucking... be it!
The crowd cheers at this revelation.
Lucas Balkan: But that's not all. It wouldn't be much of a rush if it was just one title on the line. Candace's Intercontinental Title will also be on the line. Anyone who can pin her or submit her in the match will take that title, regardless of how long they stay in the match for.
The crowd cheers louder as the stakes get increased. Candace nods and taps the Intercontinental Title over her shoulder.
Lucas Balkan: And what of Mr Impact and his Hardcore Title? Well, that will also be on the line. When he enters the gauntlet match, assuming he is still the champion by then, hardcore title rules will apply until the next pinfall. So, if you find yourself across the ring from him, you better arm yourself with something heavy or sharp...
The crowd cheers again, ecstatic about the excitement that this match will provide.
Lucas Balkan: We are the Flock and we are here to provide opportunities and challenge to all. We believe that we can leave Titans 99 with all the Gold, come and prove us wrong SFT!
Lucas drops the microphone and he, Asriel Buzzard and Hera Rosenberg give Candace high fives as they leave her in the ring to start her match.
Randy White: Well... WOW! That is going to be some night of action.
John Cartright: No-one can say those two aren't fighting champions!

Candace vs Robert Saints
Standard Match
Candace has remained in the ring and is warming up.
"Rockhouse" by Frank Shelly plays over the arena as Robert Saints, Kelly Robinson and Skullbreaker make their way out to the ring. Robert jumps onto the ring apron holding down the middle rope allowing Kelly Robinson to enter the ring before he slides between the top and middle ropes into the ring himself. Skullbreaker climbs over the top rope and enters the ring where he gives advice to his client Robert before the referee makes both Kelly and Skullbreaker leave the ring.
Randy White: After that shocking revelation from the Flock, Candace is going to be out to prove that they are top dogs in SFT like they claim to be.
John Cartright: I don't think there's much of a claim about it, they do hold most of the gold!
The bell rings and Candace and Robert lock up in the middle of the ring, trading blows and trying to get the best of each other. Robert bounces off the ropes and nails Candace with a clothesline but she pops straight back to her feet and manages to get Robert planted with a DDT.
Randy White: Ouch!
Robert gets back to his feet and locks Candace in a standing armbar and applies pressure for a few seconds before Candace rakes his eyes to get out of the hold.
John Cartright: Ref!
Randy White: I guess he didn't see it!
John Cartright: I don't think Robert will be seeing much now...
Candace grins from ear to ear as Robert struggles around the ring, she backs off into a corner. Skullbreaker has climbed onto the apron at the other side of the ring and the referee has become distracted with him and doesn't notice Kelly grabbing Candace's arms and pinning her back while a suddenly revived Robert lays in body shots in the corner. The referee eventually notices Kelly and demands she back off.
Randy White: Skullbreaker and Kelly really helping out Robert Saints here...
John Cartright: But wait!
Jack Jones has sprinted from the back down to ringside and is chasing Kelly away from Candace and round the ring. He is confronted by Skullbreaker and immediately stops running and backs off. Candace leans out of the ring to give Jack instructions but Robert tries to roll her up!

The referee is shouting at them to break it up but they won't back off from each other.
Suddenly, Lucas Balkan marches down the ramp and forcefully drags Jack Jones and Skullbreaker apart.
Lucas Balkan: Enough! E-fucking-nough!
He turns his back on Skullbreaker to admonish Jack for distracting Candace during her match but Skullbreaker shoves him. Lucas turns round glaring but the referee sends all four from ringside. Skullbreaker and Kelly argue with the referee while Lucas walks back up the ramp, away from Jack, who follows at a distance.
All the while, Candace and Robert are trading blows in the ring but Candace rolls Robert into a small package as soon as the referee turns round again.
