Its noon. I have been awake going on 7 hours. I dont like dawn. I dont like being up that early. I had a step father once, who said nothing good happens between 2am and 6am. I think he was right.
But alas I am up. And I may as well talk about Lucas Balkan. Lucas I heard what you had to say and I am at a loss for words at first. You have had a tough life. And I want to let you know that I am sorry. You have been through a lot. And all I can say is, life is hard, and this you know full well. And we all deal with life in our own ways. Dont we?
But I will say you are stronger than me. I always took the easy way out. I was weak. And I paid a price. I was sent to Jeville. The point of the story is not to warn you. The thing is not everyone goes to Jeville. Its for a select few who never really quite understood the value of life, of their own life.
We were sent down there as a way to try and do right by a second and third and fourth chance. Most failed, some didnt get the chance, others tried to make the most of it. Tried to live, tried to even raise a family, all ended in heartache or worse.
In other words Jeville at times became just a harsher version of life. With demons and monsters thrown in for good measure haha. I guess sometimes you have to laugh in the face of horror. Somtimes its all you can really do.
So Lucas here is the thing. Are you a product of your life, are you the type that believes he is the man he is today because of your past? Or are you the man you are today because of the choices you made along the way?
Me? I am a product of my choices, my lives, my deaths. Simple as that.
My lives, my mistakes, and I pay for my sins, and I understand why. I have paid for my sins and will continue to pay for my mistakes, till I finally get it right. If I ever get it right.
