So here I am at the end. I didnt think I would get this far. I mean I Hoped but I didnt really expect it. And now that I am here. Almost over now. I really kind of hoped that I wouldnt get Lucas Balkan as my tag partner. Not for the reasons most might think. Lucas is one of the few people in SFT that I actually like and respect. I am not sure how he feels about me, but I have always looked up to him. And so by getting paired with him, that means if we win, then I would have to face one of my only friends for the Lethal Lottery title. And I do not want to do that. But I think I should worry about that later.
Right now I have to first make sure we win the match and move on. So my focus for now will be on Jay Impact and my partner from the last round that being The Accountant. Now I think both men are great talents. I cannot deny that nor them. But they have always been lagging a little bit. Doing the minimum to win, but not the maximum to impress. And yes I know this tournament is not a race, its a bloody marathon.
But the marathon is almost over and now the real cotenders are pushing ahead. So listen up you two. You are not going to beat me and Lucas by trying a little. This is where the true contenders push ahead and show why they should be crowned Lottery winner. There was a lot of luck in this tournament but also talent plays a part. I have never been the biggest talent in the world. I have always relied on my heart and resliance taking me as far as I could. Now its just about who wants it more. And guys I have always wanted it more than anyone else.
People referred to me as the peoples champion, or whatever nicknames they gave me but I never bought into that. Me I have always just wanted it more. Wanted this more. I seem to always get to the edge of being demolished and somehow pull out the win. That is me, and honestly I get tired of being the underdog. Heck sometimes I am the underdog even while I am holding the world title. And that has to really change. I am tired of this. Tired of being looked down upon. Tired of being looked over. Honestly I had told Harold that if I lost I would take two months off and would give the world title to whoever won the Lethal Lottery. Now I think I wont need to take any time off and will end up just keeping my world title for as long as I see fit.
Seeing most faces that entered the Lethal Lottery, most were really unworthy. And when Jude and Rumpke bowed out I knew I could take this tourny. And I am almost there. But its been a bit of a road. And its been a long road. I am tired. I am weary. But its almost over now. But this is really just when it gets the hardest.
So let me get to it. Jay Impact first got to SFT holding the HC title soon he lost it without much fanfare. He has since taken a break and come back stronger than most has seen him. Jay I am proud of you, you are doing better than I or most expected. I am happy for you. And I wholely expect that you bring your A game to Titans. I want no excuse for when we beat you.
Then there is The Accountant. You almost let me down last Titans. Almost cost us the match. But you came through and you helped us advance. I want to say good job and thank you. Thank you very much. But now we are on opposite ends.
Now we are no longer partners, now we are on opposite sides. And now we are no longer helping and supporting each other. Now we have to beat each other, and of that I am sure we will do. Do it rightfully so.
But that is neither here nor there. This is just me getting to know all of you. And trust me I will have way more to say in my next and last promo.
