We pan around the arena as the crowd is rowdy tonight. From stage right we see shadows of figures standing there, the lights go up and we see Pearl Jam standing there.
RW: Whoa Eddy Vedder in the flesh.
They start to play Evenflow. As the crowd goes nuts.
JC: Impressive. Eddy must have been bumming around the beach when Harold found him.
The song finishes, the band takes a bow and exit.
RW: Well ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Tuesday Night Titans!
But RW and JC get interrupted as Line in the Sand hits and we see the one and only Robert Saints make his way out.
RW: Lookey who decided to upend the night of returns, The Viper is also back in SFT!
Robert stands there on top of the ramp smiling over the crowd, people booing him, jeering him, some throwing trash, and all the while Robert seems to be loving every moment of it. After about a minute he simply just walks backstage!
JC: That was crazy.
RW: That is The Viper! It's good to see him back!
JC: ok well our first match of the night features 2 returning stars in Reno Destiny and Cassandra Destiny.
RW: That is right they are up against Jack Jones and Twilight.
Twilight and Jack Jones vs. Reno Destiny and Cassandra (tag match)
I will be heard by Hatebreed starts up as Twilight and Jack Jones come out to a nice pop from the crowd.
Soon after we hear Godsmack’s I stand alone hit as Reno and Cassandra make their way out.
RW: It’s been a while since Cassandra has been in the ring.
JC: Its been even longer since Reno has been in the ring.
RW: Ring rust will play a factor tonight.
All 4 are in the ring as Cassandra and Jack start it off. Cassandra wastes no time as she flies through the air with a flying knee catching Jack by surprise. Cassandra now with a leg drop following it up with an elbow drop. Cass does not go for the pin as she flies again from the 2nd turnbuckle with a springboard knee! She catches Jack full on!
JC: Damn!
She covers Jack as the ref counts 1………..2………...kickout!
She is up and tags in Reno who is on Jack quickly. Reno clotheslines Jack as he was getting up and falls back into his corner as Twilight tags himself in.
Twilight with a running lariat that almost takes off Reno’s head!
RW: That is Twilights way of saying welcome back to SFT.
Twilight with the cover as the ref counts 1………….2………...kickout!
JC: That was close.
RW: isnt it kind of weird that Reno’s song is I stand alone but he came out with his wife?
JC: Dude its just a song.
Twilight climbs the turnbuckles as he flies off with a swan dive ala Chris Benoit but Reno lifts his right leg and catches Twilight right in the kisser!
RW: ouch!
Reno is up slow and he lets Jack get up he clotheslines him then climbs the ropes and hits his Fallen Icon on Twilight.
JC: I think it might be over, Reno though smiles and tags in Cassandra as she hits a somersault plex!
RW: Wow that was impressive!
She waits and waits and slowly Twilight gets up and as he does she rushes at him with her charging clothesline, but she does the same thing as earlier it pushes Twilight back into his corner and the rested Jack Jones tags himself in. Jack with a running dropkick on Cass as she falls back somehow tagging Reno back in.
Jack with a superkick on Reno!
JC: uh oh!
Jack can feel it he covers Reno the ref counts 1………….2……….kickout!
RW: Ohhh so close!
Jack is up as he is up Reno kicks his left luck and it buckles under Jack. Reno wasting no time like a tiger in a cage he grabs Jack and hits his Tumbleweed!
JC: beautiful!
Reno covers and Jack is trying to get into the ring to break up the count 1………….2……..Cass hits Jack with a flying dropkick of her own saving the count the ref counts………...3!!!
Winner: 'The Power Couple, "Reno Destiny and Cassandra
JC: Reno and Cass have won their first match back and what a great match this was.
RW: Yeah it was lets see if the rest of the night can be as entertaining as this match was!
JC: Randy, I've just been told that there is a disturbance backstage!
The camera cuts to a backstage area. We see Reaper on his hands and knees while ICW's Hardcore Champion is seen hitting Reaper with a chair, over and over; Jay Impact punishes Reaper until out of nowhere, Jay drops the steel chair and takes off running with a handful of SFT's security guards pursuing after him!
RW: What a cheap shot by Jay Impact! Isn't he suppose to be a face? They typically don't act this way with no reason. How will this affect Reaper in the main event?
JC: He's currently getting up slow, we might have to call it because of this interference!
RW: Forget it John, that won't happen but he could sit out if he's hurt that bad. Either way the World Title match will continue! Wait a minute, I'm getting word that something else has happened in the back!
The camera pans to see "The Fiend" and Rom Youngblood beating the crap out of SFT's Hardcore champion with two chairs. Each men take turns beating on the drunk when suddenly security comes in the dressing room and pulls the two wrestlers away from a bloody Rumpke who is slowly getting up to his feet. He reaches in his pocket and pulls out a pair of brass knuckles before putting them on.
Rumpke: No, let them go!
Security officer: We can't Rumpke, we're doing out job!
Rumpke: Look at me, you're a bit too late for that!
Nevertheless, the security guards force Jamo and Rom Youngblood out of Rumpke's locker room. Rumpke goes after the two men but he is pinned to the ground by a handful of security officers!
The camera then cuts back to ringside.
RW: Wow! Jamo and Rom Youngblood done a number on Rumpke!
JC: Yeah they did. If only the security guards would have let them continue fighting once Rumpke equipped his brass knuckles!
RW: On one hand, I think that it's probably good for Jamo and Youngblood that they didn't let the fighting continue but they did have the numbers advantage. Regardless, I believe that the security guards made the right choice!
JC: Knowing that crazy drunk, I'm sure he didn't care about being outnumbered.
RW: You're probably right John. Anyways folks, lets get to our second match of the evening. Jackson Kent vs. Redd!
Jackson Kent vs. Redd (standard match)
Ace of Spades’ by Motorhead plays throughout the arena, as Jackson Kent comes walking out from the back. A huge round of pyros goes off, as Jackson is seen walking through the center.
Announcer: Making his way to the ring From Lawton, Oklahoma, weighing in at 282 lbs, Big Kent” Jackson Kent!
He walks down the ramp-way making his way to the ring, before climbing the steps. As he stands on the apron, he spreads his arms wide like wings pausing there for a moment with his head lowered. He then steps over the top rope into the ring. Jackson climbs up onto the top rope, and spreads his arms out once more taking in the reaction from the crowd. He then gets off of the top rope and stands in his corner.
"The Ballad" by Testament begins to play over the arena sound system.
RW: Last week, Jackson Kent got roughed up real bad by Reaper and this week; He's got to take on Redd who is one of the greatest wrestlers in SFT History.
JC: Yeah, I don't think Jackson stands a chance in this match.
RW: The odds are definitley against him but any given match can see anyone win!
Redd walks through the curtain and slowly walks down to the ring without any fuss, barely recognizing fans. Redd coldly looks at Jackson Kent while he walks up the steps. He then slowly climbs into the ring through the middle ropes and casually walks to the center of the ring where the referee . Jackson Kent also approaches the center of the ring. Then the referee explains the rules to both men. Jackson Kent, looks down at Redd with confidence when the referee calls for the opening bell. Jackson immediately throws a right-handed hook punch that's blocked with Redd's left arm, he then retaliates with a quick right handed jab to Jackson's face. Redd then swiftly kicks Big Kent in the gut, the blow knocks the air out of Jackson as he immediately bent over. Redd, snatched Kent's head up before slamming his head into the ground with a DDT! Redd goes for the pin.
Referee: 1..2..Kickout!
Like a machine, Redd gets back up to his feet while pulling Big Kent up as well. Redd nails Kent with a gut shot that bends him over before Redd sets Jacksons head in between Redd's thighs. Redd bends over slightly and lifts the big man up long enough to piledrive his skull into the matt. Redd then pins Jackson once again.
Referee: 1..2..3!
Winner: Redd!
Suddenly, the lights in the arena go out. Then, Venom laughter echos through out the arena. White smoke covers ringside as faint red lights begin to glow. Redd is seen looking around when "The Fiend" Jamo blindsides him with a steel chair! The blow knocks the man down onto his knees.
RW: Jamo just blindsided Redd with a steel chair, why!?!
Jamo hauls back and swings the chair again but he hits nothing but air as Redd dodges the chair shot. Redd quickly gets up and disarms The Fiend before throwing right and left handed shots that don't seem to phase Jamo at all! The Fiend throws a punch but it is parried by Redd before he hits Jamo with another right handed shot!
JC: Is that Rom Youngblood from ICW as well!?
RW: Yes it is and he has the chair that Jamo hit Redd with!
Rom Youngblood swings the chair and hits Redd in the back! The bellkeeper begins ringing the bell as Jackson Kent gets back up to his feed! Jamo snatches Redd up from behind and holds the man while Jackson Kent and Rom Youngblood take turns delivering one punch after another too Redd's face. Fans boo loudly at the three men who are beating on Redd. The bell rings once again moments before "Kryptonite" by Three Doors Down blasts over the arena speakers. The fans suddenly burst loudly with cheers when they see the SFT World Champion Emerson, Twilight and Reno Destiny explode through the curtains. Jamo releases Redd and he falls too his knees; his face has been split open from the blows delivered to him and blood is all over his face.
RW: The cavalry has arrived!
Reno is the first to slide into the ring Emerson and Twilight both slide in the ring a second after he does. Rom Youngblood immediately begins to kick Reno Destiny, Jackson Kent clubs Twilight on the back over and over while Jamo watches Emerson gets up to his feet. The Fiend laughs at Emerson before Super Em begins punching on him. Rom Youngblood tries to keep Reno from getting up to his feet but the savy veteran is able to trip Youngblood before making it up to his feet. Reno kicks Rom Youngblood in the face while the man was trying to get up to his feet! Emerson has Jamo backed up into the opposite corner of the ring and is still punching on The Fiend when Jamo suddenly finds an opening to knee Emerson in the gut. Super Em bends over as the wind is knocked out of him but he's able to recover quickly and pull Jamo's feet out from underneath him. The Fiend's head hits the bottom turnbuckle before he rolls out of the ring.
JC: Dang, I can't believe Jamo took all of that punishment from our World Champion!
RW: I know but in the end, Emerson was able to take The Fiend out of the equation! Reno's got Jackson Kent!
Reno Destiny has snatched Jackson Kent up and is holding the big man while Twilight is punching him. Rom Youngblood is getting up now and moves to help Jackson Kent when Emerson steps in his way and swings a punch but Youngblood parries the blow before delivering a thundering headbutt that knocks Embry too the ground. Rom then charges at Twilight who sidesteps the man while pulling the top rope down and Youngblood flies over the top rope and goes crashing too the ground. The distraction was just enough to allow Big Kent too wrestle himself free from Reno's grasp. Suddenly, the ring is filled with security guards that pin the rest of the men in the ring into different corners.
RW: Security finally shows up! Where have they been?!
JC: Drinking coffee and eating donuts?
RW: It wouldn't surprise me!
Louis Cypher vs. Emerson Embry vs Reaper (world title triple threat match)
Bright colors are seen all around when "Kryptonite" by Three Doors Down blasts throughout the arena.
RW: Emerson has been on a roll lately and finally dethroned Twilight who had been the World Champion since August the 27th of 2019!
JC: Emerson's reign as World champ will be short lived. Reaper and Louis Cypher both are in this match. Cypher is a decorated veteran and Reaper is on a roll of his own!
RW: Yeah, Reaper recently won the Intercontinental championship but I'm not so sure that he'll be able to handle a fiesty Emerson but we'll see. Besides, lately you've always been betting against Emerson and he keeps proving you wrong.
JC: All the same, Emerson will lose his title tonight!
Many fans cheer as Emerson explodes through the curtain with the SFT World Heavyweight Championship title around his waste. With a smile on his face, Emerson jogs down the ramp, veering back and forth so he is able to give high fives too as many fans as possible. Once he approaches ringside, Emerson then takes off with a burst; Running around the ring to give more fans high fives. Once he runs around the ring, Super Em slides into the ring, he then takes off the World title and hands it to the referee before he begins to jump around so he can stay loosened up while waiting for the challengers to his title.
RW: I still don't see where he gets the energy for that entrance!
The lights in the arena go out. Seconds later, the music portion of "Harvester of Sorrow" by Metallica begins to play. The introduction of the song goes on for roughly 40 seconds. Next thing we know, the beat picks up as strobe lights begin to flash through the arena. Then, Reaper emerges from behind the curtain with the Intercontinental title drapped over his right shoulder. He smirks at the crowd while maintaining a steady pace down the ramp. Once reaching ringside, Reaper reaches up; Grabs the middle rope and pulls himself up onto the ring apron before climbing into the ring.
JC: Look at this guy, he's got champion written all over his face!
RW: He's the Intercontinental champion.
JC: Soon to be World champion!
Am I evil by Metallica begins playing over the arena's speakers. Moments later, Louis Cypher walks through the curtain and makes his way down to the ring. He doesn't recognize any fans as he does so. Cypher slides into the ring and looks at Reaper with a sadistic grin before going to his corner. The referee holds the World championship title up into the air to signal that this match is a title match. The referee then calls for the opening bell.
Louis goes straight for Reaper and the IC champion is able to hip toss Cypher to the ground. Emerson is able to catch Reaper off guard and kick him at the side of his right knee. Cypher is back up and quickly kicks Reaper in the gut before DDTing him. Emerson then grabs Cypher by the head as Louis is getting back up to his feet. The Ghetto Superman goes to irish whips Louis to a corner turnbuckle but Cypher reverses the whip and sends Emerson into the turnbuckle. The collision is very violent and Emerson falls to the ground.
JC: Look at that strength from Louis Cypher!
Reaper manages to hit Cypher with a low blow before he gets back up to his feet. Reaper then sets Louis's head in between his legs before lifting the man up into the air and he powerbombs Cypher onto the mat. Emerson comes out of nowhere and closelines Reaper. He then grabs Reaper's leg before doing a flip forward and bending Reaper's joints in ways that they shouldn't bend.
RW: There's the Stump pull from Emerson! He's been using that move a lot the past few matches and it's been very effective for him!
JC: Indeed but look out, here comes Louis Cypher!
Cypher shoves Emerson into a corner. The champion turns around only to get a vicious headbutt from Louis. Cypher then begins to throw a flurry of punches to Emerson's face and gut. The referee counts
Referee: 1..2..3..4.
Cypher backs up from Emerson in order to break the count, he then takes off running at Emerson and attempts to charge right into the champ when The Ghetto Superman bends over and uses Cypher's momentum to catapult him over the top rope; Cypher ends up slamming onto the ground outside very hard! Emerson then turns his attention to Reaper who is now back up to his feet. Embry charges at Reaper only to get a big boot too his face!
Reaper drops a leg onto Emerson before covering the champ.
Referee: 1..2 Kickout!
Reaper gets frustrated with the referee and smacks his hands three times in quick succession.
RW: Looks like Reaper thinks the referee was counting too slow.
JC: It's clear that Reaper is right!
RW: Come on, are you blind? You know what, nevermind..
Reaper grabs Emerson and pulls him back up to his feet before setting him up in between his legs. Reaper lifts Emerson up looking to powerbomb him but Super Em counters with a hurricanrana into a pin! Reaper struggles to get free from the pin while the referee counts.
Referee: 1..2..
Cypher quickly slides into the ring and desperately tries to break up the pin before the three count but Louis wasn't able to make it in time as the referee reached the three count on the pin!
Winner: Emerson!
RW: Congratulations Emerson! What a title defense!
JC: Okay, I'm done betting against Emerson!
RW: I'm glad to see that you're finally coming around! Anyways folks, that's it for tonight. Be sure to tune in for Titans 79! Take care and from all of us at SFT; We wish you a good night!
