You're A Damn Fool!

(It was a very meaningful win for Cassandra. To win the SFT IC title has now moved her up the title ranks of the company. And she deserves it. After working so hard to surpass her opponents, she is truly making her mark in SFT. Undisputable. Undeniable. UNFORGETTABLE.)

(In her living room, there sits Cassandra on her sofa. She is thinking about her challenger for this week, one Robert Saints. She is thinking about what a fool Robert is to not be stepping up to the plate for his matches when he should be. He could be so much further in SFT, but....no...Robert Saints has become...A LAZY ASS!)

(Cassandra's son Sevyn has now entered the room and he goes and sits next to her on the sofa.)

Sevyn Destiny: Mom, why are you sitting here in silence?

Cassandra: Silence is a good thing my boy. Silence makes you think clearer. Silence makes you focus. Everyone needs to take a moment now and then to enjoy the silence.

Sevyn Destiny: So what are you thinking about?

Cassandra: Robert Saints.

Sevyn Destiny: What about him?

Cassandra: What about him? He's a damn fool!

Sevyn Destiny: And you say this because?

Cassandra: Because he had SFT by the horns and once had control of his destiny, but now he's just thrown it all away! He could have had legendary status in the company, but no, he doesn't care anymore and isn't bringing his A game. He's been with the company for quite some time now and could have really gone far, but instead, he gets sloppy and careless.

Sevyn Destiny: That will be his loss and your gain.

Cassandra: Where's the flame! Where's the fire! He had both at one time. So where the hell has it gone? Why the sudden disinterest in his SFT career? He is no competition and I see him bringing no challenge my way this week.

Sevyn Destiny: That's alright though Mom. I like having you as champ.

(She looks down at her son, puts her arms around his little shoulders.)

Cassandra: Listen, I know I've been a hard ass lately in the gym regarding your workouts, but I just want to see you grow up smart and strong. It's important. I know you're young, but that's no excuse. You need to learn self discipline.

Sevyn Destiny: It's fine Mom. I understand. I get it.

(She then thinks of a great offer that she knows he will love.)

Cassandra: And since you have worked so hard in the gym, I say it's time we get you some new running shoes. You've earned it.

Sevyn Destiny: Really??!

Cassandra: Yes.

Sevyn Destiny: Can I get the two hundred dollar ones from the mall I've had my eyes on?!

Cassandra: Sure

Sevyn Destiny: Yes!! When can we go?!!

Cassandra: How about right now. The mall is still open for a couple hours.

Sevyn Destiny: Awesome!

(He runs out of the living room to go get ready to head to the mall with Cassandra as the scene fades out.)
