Its time for me to get to work. Been waiting all week for Robert Saints to get on the ball. But lets face it if I gotta wait, I might be waiting longer than I want to. So enough is enough. I hate waiting. Time for me to do what I do.
Usually I get up round 5am. I am ready and set to go by 5:15am, my Ma has breakfast ready for me and its usually a good hearty breakfast. Eggs bacon, toast sometimes hashbrowns or potatoes, some juice. And by 5:45am I am outside, first I lay the feed for the horses and cows. Next I put the feed for the chickens. Round 6 or 7am I am done with that, by 7am all the animals start coming around and eating. I put some water in all their trows and bowls. Next I go check on the hogs and they are usually always hungry, they got their own feed and on some days I give them leftovers that we accumilate for a few days. Need to make sure its enough for all of them or they get upset.
Next I am off to check the crops currently we have beans and corn growing, not a lot, we have about a hundred acres of corn and 150 acres of beans. So far so good, maybe we can expand the farm a bit come next year. Next I make my way to the machine shop which is also the barn, I work on an old tractor of ours, we always try to reuse our equipment as much as we can. We let nothing go to waste. Nothing. And I am sure the carborator is busted but this tractor might not be worth fixing, I will have to have a think on that. Next I work on the hay for the horses, gotta have enough hay for the horses and cows for the next few weeks. By now its almost noon time and lunch.
When I was younger I would just eat and watch tv during my lunch. Now though as I get a little older I’ll try and take a 30 or 40 min nap, that helps keep my energy up throughout the rest of the day.
And then I am back out again. There are always animals that need tending to. I have a cow that has had issues with one of her legs, been applying ointments and giving her a pill to help relieve pressure and such.
And after her I am out again, checking on the crops. Spraying for bugs and checking to make sure they are coming in alright. Soon enough its getting to be dusk, and I head in right around 6pm. I eat supper around 7pm. Take a shower and watch a little tv and start all over the next day.
That is my typical day. How about you Robert. What does your day like? Are you busy busy busy? Too busy to bust out a promo? Too busy to care one way or another about me or this match? Must be nice to have such a full and productive life that facing the world champion could mean so very little to you? Well maybe we can change that, make you want to try a little more, make you want to care a little more? We’ll see wont we?
I am always busy as well, but I make time, create time, and sacrifice my time for SFT and this week for you as well. I want the same courtesy.
That is all I have to say today.
