The hardest thing in the world is facing people after you mess up. Its universal. And no its not like in the batman movie where he says to Bruce, why do you fall down? So you can get back up again. Its not like that in the real real world.
No, in the real world, its hard to get back up when you fall, when you fail, when you lose. Sometimes its like you dont want to even get up. Sometimes you just want to stay on the floor and stay there. Sometimes you rather hide than face the world. Alas that cannot be an option. I have to get up, I have to face my family. And those who really matter, those who care, to them I am not a failure. They see me with pride. And that is worth more than all the money in the world. And its strange I always complain about money. About not having any, not having enough, complaining about how some are rich and the poor stay poor. But I remind myself, if any person has family, friends, and a life worth living, then we are not poor, we are not desolate. Heh, maybe I should have been a minster or something, I think I would have been a good one.
So on Titans I lost my world title to Jack Jones. He’s a good guy, he gave me a hell of a great match and I came close but a little too short. It happens. It happens to the best of us. And so it happened to me.
So this week its back to work, I am facing a newcomer called Spider. I dig the name sorta. Not much is known about him, he almost won his debut match, you can tell his new to this sport but that hasnt held him back. SFT is a great place for veterans but we live off new blood and if we can teach new talent the ropes and keep them here, then that is awesome.
So Spider, I know you are seeing this. Tell us something about yourself. Tell us who you are, where you come from. Tell us your story. No one can give you your narrative, you have to tell that on your own. And no one can tell your story but you.
I would tell you my story but I’ve told it a hundred times over, and if you really want to know all you gotta do is scroll through the archives and find it. But what I will tell you is that if you are willing to work even just a little, good things will come your way in life and in SFT. But if you are the type who thinks they are entitled to whatever because they say so then you might have some problems. And believe you me, I am a problem solver.
Now I could go on and on and on. But I dont, I wont, I cant. What I will say is welcome to SFT and goodluck to you here and in life. I am eager to see what you can do against me on Titans.
