Well here I am waiting for the end. The end of it all. No its not the last day of school. Nor is it the end of a work day. It is actually the end of me.
I woke up last night in a deep sweat almost screaming. I had a bad nightmare. And in this nightmare we were in the middle of a war. And everything went grey. I dont remember everything but what I do remember was that our enemies were not all our enemies and our friends were enemies, it turned into a big mess and the world came to an end.
Everything burned and everything went to ash. It was horrible. And I was glad to be awake. But such dreams usually tell me something I just needed to find out what. So I looked over my life insurance policy and boy did it stink. Basically when I die I got enough to be cremated and 3,500 that goes to my son, which honestly wont last him long and wont do him any good.
Its kinda hard to do finances and think of the future when its hard to even scrape by. So its been a week and a half and I havent heard a word from 404. Maybe I should be waiting for numbers or signs instead of words? When he first arrived he seemed really intense. Now he has relegated himself to Conan Obrien type jokes. Haha, actually I think he’s pretty funny.
I thought facing 404 was going to be a real challenge but now im thinking its all a joke. He doesnt seem scary or intense at all anymore. He kind of seems really tame by the standards others set. But you never know maybe he’s been asleep for a week. Maybe he’s been on a bender? Maybe he was kidnapped by martians? Maybe he’s flying the first mission to Jupiter. Who knows. But the best bet is he’s just being lazy or he’s taking me for granted. And taking me for granted is not a good thing to do, just ask around, heck ask our world champion, he’ll tell you.
So I get back to the end. And the end is not as scary as it was in my dreams. I guess nothing is ever as scary as our nightmares? I wonder what kind of nightmares 404 has? Does he dream? Does he dream in black or white? Does he sleep in pajamas or tidey whiteys? Hahaha
Im kidding of course, no one wants to know what he sleeps in, heck it’d be something scary for sure, maybe he has on some bugs bunny undies or something hahaha. I can see him in my minds eye and I just cant stop laughing.
Well I gotta get rid of my nightmare and the image of 404 in his undies holding his pillow pet, so I am gonna put on some Charlie Daniels or some Foreigner and just chillax. What else can I do?
