**The scene opens inside a cafe where Jackson Kent and his manager, Janie Carver, can be seen sitting across from each other in a booth having coffee. As they sit there they're carrying on a conversation.**
Janie Carver: I'm so excited for you Jackson! You're finally getting your shot at becoming a champion again in SFT!
Jackson Kent: Yeah and it's about time. It is only fitting that the person I am facing for this chance, is the same person that I defeated before for the Intercontinental Championship.
Janie Carver: I know! Isn't it great! To get this chance to embarrass Robert Saints once again! To get this opportunity to hand ole' Robbie another loss courtesy of you! I bet he's running scared right now at the thought of having to face you! He's saying "Why does it have to be Kent I'm defending against?! Anyone but him!"!
Jackson Kent: Wouldn't really surprise me if he actually thinks that he stands a chance against me. I really didn't care who I was up against for the chance to become champion once again, but Robert just so happened to become the unlucky victim.
**Janie adds another pack of sugar to her coffee and stirs it up.**
Janie Carver: Now please tell me you're focused and ready for this match? Please say that you're gonna pull through and take the title away from Robert? Because I really don't want all my hard work of training you in the gym to all just be a waste.
Jackson Kent: Yes Janie, I am extremly focused and ready for this match. I WILL be the man raised at the end of the match becoming the NEW Intercontinental Champion. Your hard work Janie is never a waste when it comes to me, I always rise to the occasion.
Janie Carver: Well you need to, because I'm sure Robert is gonna try to retain his title even though it will be a lost cause. Hell, HE HIMSELF is a lost cause!
**Jackson takes a few sips of his coffee.**
Jackson Kent: Yeah the man is a true statement of lost causes. It surprised me at all that he actually won the title in the first place. He just managed to get lucky on the occasion that he won the title. This time that lucky horse shoe of his is going to be turned upside down and he will lose that rabbits foot.
**Just then, an adult male fan of Jackson's slowly walks up to their table.**
Male Fan: Hi Jackson. I'm a big fan of yours. Would it be alright to get a quick photo with you? I don't mean to interrupt, but this would be a once in a lifetime chance, so I just had to come over.
Jackson Kent: Yes we can take a photo.
**The fan pulls out his cell and snaps a shot of him and Jackson.**
Male Fan: Thank you so much Jackson! Have a great day!
**The male fan leaves and Janie looks at Jackson.**
Janie Carver: How come it's always YOU that they ask to get a picture with?? How come it's never ME they ask??!!
Jackson Kent: That would be because I'm the actual wrestler, so more people ask for one with me. You have had a few people, mostly guys, ask for a picture with you. Just this morning at the gym that guy asked for a picture with you.
Janie Carver: Oh gee thanks! Thanks for reminding me that all I am to these people is just an added bonus next to you!
Jackson Kent: Come on Janie, don't think that way.
Janie Carver: I know I shouldn't! But it's just that it would be nice if I was a little more appreciated and noticed by these fans. I'm not asking for fame and fortune here. I just want them to accept me a lot more than what they have so far.
Jackson Kent: They might not ask for a photo with you alot but hey Janie, they do ask for your autograph, so that's a huge plus.
Janie Carver: I don't just want to be known as the sidekick for you Jackson. As long as the fans like me too, then that's fine.
**After 15 more minutes of conversation, the two of them leave the cafe.**
Scene 2
**It is now a half hour later and Jackson has arrived at the home of his longtime friend Willis. The two men sit down and start up a talk just like the old days.**
Willis: Damn, it's great to see you again Jackson! It's been too long! How the hell have you been man!!
Jackson Kent: It's great to see you again too Willis. I've been alright! How have you been?
Willis: I've been doing just fine! I had a rough patch last year with trying to keep this house of mine going, but I was able to get my finances back on track. Life is a roller coaster my homie, a real roller coaster. So what brings you to my town brother?
Jackson Kent: I have a title match coming up tomorrow night against Robert Saints, that's what brought me back to this town.
Willis: Now I'm not one to watch wrestling, but a title match as in you're going to fight for a championship, right?
Jackson Kent: Yes, I'm fighting for the Intercontinental Championship.
**Willis has a big smile to his face.**
Willis: That's so awesome to hear brother! I've always had faith that you would go far with this wrestling career of yours! What are your chances? Is this guy gonna be tough on you or are you gonna run right through him!
Jackson Kent: I don't want to sound too over confident, but this will be an easy match. This is a guy that I have already beaten on a few occasions, but one of those was for this same championship that we are fighting for again.
Willis: So in other words, this match is gonna put asses in seats?!
Jackson Kent: My matches always put asses in the seats.
Willis: Oh I believe it brother! I believe it! So how is that trainer of yours? What's her name again?
Jackson Kent: Janie Carver is her name, she is doing alright. Having a little bit of an issue with the fans not really accepting her the way she wants. She thinks they look at her as my sidekick or something.
Willis: Well as long as she's doing right by helping you with your career, tell her it'll all be fine. Say Jackson, you wanna stay for some grub my man! I got roast beef cooking in the oven! What do you say brother!?
Jackson Kent: Yeah I will stay for some roast beef, I don't have anywhere to be right now so I can stay.
Willis: It's a plan my brother! It's a plan!
**The scene fades out with Jackson and Willis talking about the good times they had years ago as teenagers.**
