The cameraman walks inside the abandoned asylum to follow the little girl but the little girl is nowhere to be found then all four doors opened and all four little girls appeared. The first one is a little girl with a rotting zombie body, the second is a little girl with a burned body, the third is a little girl is a headless but her head is carried by her left hand and the last one is with a body of a ghoul. All four of them are smiling to the cameraman.*
